Check In/Check Out Procedures

Check-in / Check-out

  • KBC Office Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday
  • Site Manager: (808) 879-5585
  • During business hours please do not hesitate to inform the Site Manager (before 3:30 p.m.) if you find anything in your condo unit in need of attention.

Check-in

  • Check-in is Saturday at 4:00 p.m. (sooner if unit is ready).
  • Your Driver’s License or ID along with a Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa, Discovery Card) is required upon check-in. The credit card will be kept on file and charged only in the event of damages or missing items from your condo unit on check-out.
  • A parking sticker will be issued upon arrival to identify KBC guest’s vehicles in the parking lot; place this sticker on the right rear bumper of your car.

Check-out

Check-out is Saturday at 10:00 a.m.

Before checking out, we request you:

  • As a courtesy and to prevent pest infestation, please ensure all garbage is taken to the dumpsters before your departure; dumpsters are located at both ends of the parking lot.
  • Place furniture back in its original place if you have moved it.
  • Please return keys to the office on check out.
  • A $50. charge will be assessed for lost keys.
  • Check-out is Saturday at 10:00 a.m. A late charge of $100.00 will be incurred for each additional hour’s stay beyond 10:00 a.m.
  • No exceptions!
